Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment. LONGEVITY reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may cause harm.

LONGEVITY Medispa takes all reasonable care in providing treatments. We are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from non-disclosure of medical conditions or allergies.
